The first edition of Home Away from Home Essay Contest for foreign friends in China ended in November 2021. In total 55 contestants from 31 countries shared their unique China stories. Since the first edition was held last year, the Home Away from Home Essay Contest has received enthusiastic participation from foreign friends in China and won wide acclaim from experts of all walks of life. In 2022, in order to encourage more foreign friends to participate in the activities of telling good Chinese stories, the second edition of this essay contest will usher in a comprehensive upgrade.
